We all know that online shopping has its pitfalls. That’s why our web shop has many product photos, and we assist you with choosing the best size and type of our range of products.

You always get from us exactly what you see in the photos: Premium quality collars, leashes and other accessories.

Despite our best effort, you can happen to face bad choices or prefer a design different to what you have ordered in the first place.


1. SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you are not satisfied with the ordered product or you have chosen the wrong size or width, you have the opportunity to exchange it.

In Hungary
  • Please notify us via e-mail or write HERE within 3 working days of receipt to exchange the product.
  • We cannot exchange personalized products.
  • You will have to cover the shipping cost of the exchange item. If you change the item to a larger one, the amount due according to the size difference will also have to be paid.
  • If you change to a smaller size, the difference will be deducted from the shipping cost.
  • Product exchange is by GLS courier. When the replacement product is delivered, you will simply hand over the originally ordered one – carefully packaged-.
Outside of Hungary
  • Please notify us via e-mail or write HERE within 3 working days of receipt to exchange the product.
  • We cannot exchange personalized products.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return.
  • If  you change the product to a larger one, you will also have to cover the price difference according to the new size.
  • If you change to a smaller one, the difference will be deducted.
2. SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MONEY REFUNDS:

You have 30 days to decide if you want to take advantage of this opportunity.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, please only return a product that was not worn by your dog. There are no stains, hair or other dirt on it. If the product becomes hairy during trying, please clean it carefully.
  • The cost of return will be paid by you.
  • We are not able to take over any cash on delivery (COD) package.
  • Each returned product is individually inspected within 5 business days of its receipt. When the product arrives to us, we make a video recording of the unpacking and the visual inspection process. (This is necessary to avoid any disputes.)
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of successful reception.
